It's Saturday 2nd November, and I'm watching paint dry..

I've just painted a canvas.. with R's help.. that I'm hoping to use on Monday as a backdrop when filming some content all about The Five Connections with J.

Not what I thought I'd be doing today.. a few months ago, and a year ago my main focus was removing from surgery and getting back some sanity and ability to walk.

Today I'm present to how much Chaos is in the world, and how much is changing more rapidly than even I predicted. It's why I wrote ChaosToClarity.com and published it before my surgery. Have you read or listened to it already?

Fast forward to the last 6 months and the biggest challenge I see across the board apart from the question of purpose and what really matters which Chaos To Clarity addresses, is the question of creating predictable cashflows, and in particular how to grow and scale a business.

As I reflected and talked it through, I realised for me the importance of people. Not from some egocentric metaphysical state, but a grounded... what matters is people and specific types of people that are helping people and have helped others.
